1. Information we collect

We collect personal information when you give it to us through a form on this site. That includes:

• Last name
• Organization
• Email address
• Phone number
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message field

We also collect usage data automatically through analytics and cookies, including pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Reply to you and provide the services you asked about
• Prepare and deliver an evaluation when you request one
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do use service providers who process data on our behalf, and your information passes through them:

• Google Analytics, for site usage measurement
• Our website host and form software, which store form submissions
• Our email provider, for replying to you

Each provider is only permitted to use the data to deliver that service to us.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to measure site usage and, where applicable, for marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of this site work.

5. Analytics access during an evaluation

If you request an evaluation, we may ask for read-only access to your analytics account. That access lets us view your data. It does not let us change anything in your account, and we do not share your data or use it for any purpose other than preparing your evaluation. You can revoke access at any time from your own account.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of marketing communications

7. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about the enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics account.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 10. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
