What a testing program costs, and what changes it.
There is no package to choose from. We build the proposal after the evaluation, against what we found on your site and what your traffic can support.
This page tells you the starting point and the 4 things that move it, so the number is not a surprise.
Most programs land above this. Where yours lands depends on the 4 drivers below.
What moves the number
4 things change what a program costs.
How many tests run each month
More tests means more research, more build time and more analysis. Traffic sets the ceiling here, since tests that cannot reach a clear result are not worth running.
Biggest single lever
How much of the journey we cover
Working on 1 surface costs less than running product pages, cart and checkout at the same time. Covering more of the journey also means watching more numbers for side effects.
Who implements the winners
We can hand your developers the tested code and findings, or implement the winning experience ourselves. Doing it ourselves costs more and takes less of your team's time.
How long the engagement runs
Longer terms carry a lower monthly rate, because research and learnings from each test improve the next one instead of starting over.
Lower rate on longer terms
What is included at every level
Design, build, QA
Every variation, built and tested before launch
Monthly SEO and AEO audit
Technical audit with prioritized recommendations
Page speed review
Monthly performance check
Usability testing
10 to 12 participants, at least once per term
Implementation
Winning variations implemented into your theme
Not ready for a program
Under the traffic floor, or want one conversation rather than an engagement?
Book a paid consultation instead. One session, your questions, our read on what we would do. Worth doing if a testing program is not the right answer yet.

Questions about pricing
Why is the price not fixed?
Because the work is not fixed. Test volume, how many surfaces we cover, and whether we implement the winners all change what an engagement costs to run.
What happens if we want to change test volume mid term?
You can increase with 30 days notice. Decreasing waits until the term renews.
Do you charge extra to implement winning tests?
No, implementation is included when we are the ones doing it. If your developers implement instead, that lowers the monthly rate.
What if a month produces no winners?
It happens, and the results still get published. A month of losses on one surface usually tells you to move to another, which is a finding rather than a wasted month.
Can we pause an engagement?
Yes, once per term, for up to 30 days. Tests already running finish first so the data is not wasted.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month includes the audits and testing tool setup.
