Ecommerce conversion rate optimization

Turn more of your existing traffic into revenue.

We help ecommerce teams find where customers are getting stuck, design and run experiments to improve the experience, and measure what actually moves the business.

repeatGROWTH works as an embedded experimentation team for Shopify brands. We research the customer journey, build and launch the tests, and hand your team the proven winners for production.

Research. Experimentation. Measurable growth.

The ecommerce journey

We optimize the parts of the experience that influence buying decisions.

CRO is not 1 page or 1 metric. We look across the customer journey to find where friction, uncertainty, or missed opportunities may be holding revenue back.

  1. Product discovery

Navigation, collections, filtering, search, merchandising, and how customers find the right products.

  2. Product pages

Offer clarity, imagery, variants, trust, social proof, merchandising, cross-sells, and add-to-cart behavior.

  3. Cart and checkout

Shipping expectations, promotions, upsells, friction, abandonment, and checkout completion.

Across the whole journey

Mobile experience

Hierarchy, interaction patterns, sticky actions, readability, and mobile-specific buying friction.

Across the whole journey

Revenue quality

We look beyond conversion rate to revenue per visitor, average order value, add-to-cart behavior, and the other numbers that show whether a win is real.

What makes a program work

Good traffic turns into better conversion when testing is built in.

Most ecommerce teams are not short on ideas. The challenge is knowing which ideas are worth pursuing, getting them tested quickly, and separating real improvement from noise.

Every change earns its place

Changes go live after a test shows they help, not because they felt better.

Instead of launching on opinion

Wins are checked against revenue

A conversion lift only counts if revenue per visitor, average order value and return rate hold up too.

Instead of chasing 1 metric

Tests launch without waiting on developers

We build and run the test ourselves, so good ideas get tested while your engineers stay on production work.

Instead of ideas stuck in the backlog

Every result becomes shared knowledge

Wins, losses and customer insights stay where your team can find them and build on them.

Instead of learnings lost in old decks

How we work

We research, build, run, and measure the experiments.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Find the opportunities

We combine quantitative data with qualitative research to understand where customers are getting stuck and why.

Analytics tells us where to look. Usability testing, session recordings, surveys, and customer behavior help us understand what may be causing the friction.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Prioritize what is worth testing

Not every issue deserves an experiment.

We weigh potential impact against traffic, testability, customer behavior, and business value to decide what should be tested first.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Design and build the test

We design the variation, build the test code, QA it across devices, and launch the experiment ourselves.

Your development team does not need to build the test before we can learn from it.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Measure what actually changed

We run the experiment, evaluate the primary metric, and watch the other numbers that matter to the business.

That may include conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, add-to-cart rate, checkout completion, or other downstream metrics.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    Hand off the winner

When a variation proves itself, we hand your team the tested code, findings, and implementation guidance.

Your developers own production. We make sure they know exactly what worked and why.

Our approach

Analytics tells us where. Customers help us understand why.

Analytics can show us where visitors drop off, which pages underperform, and where conversion changes.

What it cannot tell us is whether someone missed the button, misunderstood the offer, could not find the right product, or simply needed more confidence to buy.

That is why we combine quantitative data with real customer behavior.

Quantitative Tells us where to look.
Qualitative Helps us understand why.
Experimentation Tells us what actually works.

Built to work with your team

We move quickly without becoming another layer.

Direct access

You work with the people doing the research, designing the tests, and analyzing the results.

Faster experimentation

Your development team does not need to build every test before the business can learn from it.

Better context

We work inside the conversation, not from a monthly report. That means better hypotheses, faster decisions, and fewer handoffs.

We move fast in the test environment. Your team owns production.

Who this is for

Built for ecommerce teams with enough scale to experiment.

Typical traffic 30,000+ sessions a month
Typical revenue $5M to $50M a year
Platform Shopify and Shopify Plus
Best fit

Teams that already have meaningful traffic and want a repeatable experimentation program, not a one-time redesign.

These are guidelines, not hard cutoffs. Traffic volume, conversion volume, order value, and what we are testing all affect whether experimentation makes sense.

Pricing

CRO engagements start at

$6,495 a month

  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months

Pricing depends on the number of experiments we run, how much of the customer journey we cover, and the level of support your team needs.

We do not force every company into the same package. After the evaluation, we build a few options around the opportunities we actually found so you can choose the scope that makes sense for the business.

Longer engagements carry a lower monthly rate and allow the research and learnings from each experiment to improve the next one.

Start with the data

Every program starts with an evaluation.

Before we recommend a testing plan, we review your analytics, run mobile and desktop usability tests, and look closely at your key funnels and templates.

We use that research to identify the strongest conversion opportunities, determine whether your traffic supports testing, and build a proposal around what we actually found.

You keep the evaluation deck and usability recordings whether we work together or not.

Questions

What ecommerce teams ask before starting.

How much traffic do we need for A/B testing?

Around 30,000 sessions per month is a useful starting point, but traffic alone does not determine testability. Conversion volume, page traffic, order value, and the size of the expected effect all matter.

Will our developers need to build the tests?

Usually not. We design and build the test variations ourselves so your development team does not need to spend production time on an idea before we know whether it works.

What happens when a test wins?

We hand your team the tested code, findings, and implementation guidance so your developers can rebuild or integrate the winning experience properly in production.

What metrics do you optimize?

It depends on the experiment. Conversion rate may be the primary metric, but we also look at revenue per visitor, average order value, add-to-cart rate, checkout completion, and anything else that could move the wrong way.

How many tests can run at once?

That depends on traffic and where the tests sit in the funnel. We avoid overlapping experiments when one could contaminate the results of another.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes. Shopify and Shopify Plus are the primary platforms this service is built around.

How long does a test run?

Long enough to gather a reliable sample and account for normal buying behavior. We do not call tests because a line looks good after a few days.

What does the service cost?

Engagements start at $6,495 per month. Final pricing depends on scope, testing volume, and the opportunities identified during the evaluation.
